In total, it provides services with a rentable area of more than 600 thousand m2 and more than one thousand stores.
With the aim to share our industrial experience back to our industry, we have established FİBA Commercial Property Management (FİBA CPM), a shopping center management and leasing company in the last quarter of 2018. FİBA CPM is the reflection of services such as Rental, Shopping Center and Integrated Facility Management, Asset Management, Project Management, Architectural Design and Construction Management, Marketing and Finance carried out under FİBA CP in Turkey and in the global arena.
